What we collect on this site
When you request a stay: your name, your WhatsApp number, your email if you give it, your dates, room and number of guests, and your note.
What we collect only at check-in
A photo ID for every adult, and the passport and visa of guests from abroad. We never ask for these on the website.
Why
To confirm your stay and send you updates about it.
Who sees it
Hema and Prakash, your hosts. Messages go through our WhatsApp Business account, so WhatsApp (Meta) also processes them.
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months after your stay.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any message and we won't send you more.
A copy, or deletion
Send us a WhatsApp message and we'll send you a copy or delete it.
A real homestay needs its own reviewed notice under India's data protection law.
